Upland Wildlife Stewardship Plan

$0.00

A habitat assessment will be conducted on the first 500 acres and the landowner will receive a written stewardship plan including prescribed treatments with supporting maps and a schedule to implement the land treatments. The plan will include the landowner’s species of management focus to help prioritize habitat prescriptions. Examples would be wildlife game species such as eastern wild turkey, white-tailed deer, elk, bobwhite quail, waterfowl or black bear.

  • Depending on the size in acres, terrain, and number of land cover types (pastures, fields, forests, glades, etc.), the price will vary for developing an integrated stewardship plan for your property. After an initial discussion and preliminary review of a property, the first 500 acres can run between $500 - $1,000 dollars.
